1.1. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the use of the Clean Feed Extension (the "Extension") and any associated website or services (collectively, the "Service") provided by I'mUp UG (haftungsbeschränkt), a company organized under the laws of Germany ("we," "us," or "our").

1.2. By installing, accessing, or otherwise using our Extension or Website, you ("User" or "you") agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2.1. You must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2.2. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3.1. License Grant: We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use and install the Extension in accordance with these Terms.

3.2. Restrictions: You agree not to:

• Reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or publicly perform the Extension, except as expressly authorized by us in writing.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Extension, except where such rights are granted by law.
• Use the Extension in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

4.1. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You are solely responsible for your conduct while using the Service.

4.2. You may not use the Service to upload, post, or transmit any content that is illegal, offensive, or otherwise harmful.

4.3. We reserve the right to investigate any breach or alleged breach of these Terms and to report any violations of law to the appropriate authorities.

5.1. If the Extension or certain features are offered on a paid subscription or one-time purchase basis, payment processing may be handled by a third-party service provider (e.g., Stripe).

5.2. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment details are accurate, and you agree to the terms and conditions of the third-party payment provider.

5.3. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

6.1. Ownership: We (or our licensors) retain all right, title, and interest in and to the Extension, the Service, and all related intellectual property. Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights in our intellectual property.

6.2. Trademarks: All logos, trademarks, and service marks displayed on the Service are our property or the property of third parties. You may not use them without prior written permission from the respective owners.

7.1. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

7.2. We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or that any defects will be corrected.

8.1. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Service.

8.2. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you paid (if any) for the use of the Extension or Service, or 100 EUR, whichever is greater.

9.1. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless, including our affiliates, directors, employees, and agents, from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Service.

10.1. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason.

10.2. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you in these Terms will immediately cease. You must stop using and uninstall the Extension.

11.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Germany, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11.2. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.

12.1. We may modify these Terms from time to time. The most current version of the Terms will be posted on our website. By continuing to use the Service after any changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.
